Goff's Bachman House Sells April 22 2016
Curbed Chicago reports that Bruce Goff's remodel of the 1948 Myron Bachman House in Chicago, which listed in August 2014 for $599,000, has finally sold on April 8, 2016 for $408,000. The home needs some TLC, but it's an opportunity to own a very rare example of Goff's Chicago work and hopefully bring it back to its full glory.
